Performance of the main mechanisms
v Designed according to high request and for reliable function ,the operation of the machine is humanized ,which can accomplish the setting ,revision ,implement ,replacing and memory function in a short time with a exact date displayed
v Printing units adopt the double inking system .In the same printing unit ,we can use dortor and the ceramic roller to ink the printing roller or use the rubber roller and ceramic roller to ink the printing roller ,according to different printing requirement
v All the driving rollers adopt the high quality steel with hard chromium plated and the surface is polished
v The driving gears adopt 20CrMnti high quality alloy steel which is heat treated and polished
v The main driving roller adopt keyless connection ,which can decrease the connection gap to guarantee the printing precision
v Lubricate oil automatic balance device can keep the oil level in each unit
v The machine is controlled by PLC with the function of “Automatic zero return” and memory function of printing location and carton size
v Feeding method :led edge feeding
Function of Feeding Unit
v Adopt lead edge feeder ,Wind absorbing can have the cardboard to be fed smoothly .The wind volume can be adjusted according to the bending degree of the cardboard
v Start protecting device of the main motor The main motor can not run until the platform is locked
v Continuous feeding and skip feeding are optional
v There are double rubber rollers for feeding with slot on the rubber surface to avoid high pressure
v The feeding rubber roller is equipped with a cylinder to retard overlarge pressure to the cardboard .The surface strength will not be damaged when the feeding space is small
v The side guides adopt electric control with date display ,Pneumatic aligning device is added .The back guide is adjusted by electric control while the front guide is adjusted manually
v With brush and dust-absorbing blower ,the printing quality will be improved .The wind volume can be adjusted

v Each unit is electric controlled to move left or right with warming bell to make sure the operator’s safety
v The electric counter is user to set up the production plan .When the production plan is completed ,it will warn.The touch screen can also set up the production quantity as well as display
Function of Printing and Oil Coating Unit
v The printing unit adopts double inking system .In the same printing unit ,we can use doctor blade and the ceramic roller to ink the printing roller or use the roller and ceramic roller to ink the printing roller .We can choose the inking type according to different printing requirement
v The phase of printing roller can be electrically adjusted in 360°by PLC Phase motor invoter control We can input the date according to the error and adjust while the machine is running or stopped
v The breadth wise movement of printing roller can be electrically adjust by PLC The adjust scope is ±10mm
v The phase fix device adopts cylinder brake .When the printing unit is open and being washed ,the cylinder will brake all the gears and keep them in the original location
v It has the warning function when the ink is in a low level
v The double-direction pneumatic diaphragm pumps are used for inking .The ink circulates automatically We can have water circulated when washing the printing unit
v With the “Memory ” function on the touch screen ,after washing the printing plate ,we can have the printing roller to run back to the original position
v The design of oil -coating unit is alike as those of printing unit
Function of Drying Unit
v The transmission is carried out by the ceramic wheels and adjustable vacuum suction
v The infrared or ultraviolet drying unit (optional ) can improve the quality and speed of multicolor printing
